The top oven on my MCD230S Dacor double wall oven won't heat up. Broiler element gets hot, but the bake element does not. The element itself is good. I checked the output voltage to the element. It's supposed to be 240V. I am getting basically zero. That indicates that I have a problem with the main relay board (part # 92029) - probably a failed relay.

The boards are expensive to replace ($200). I am wondering if I can figure out the failed component, desolder it, and replace it. Assuming it is a relay, can anybody give advice on how to diagnose it, and whether or not it can be replaced without destroying the rest of the board?
