The seals are perfect. the track is smooth. The drawer is properly seated on the round pin on each side. The drawer rolls easily, but there is a 3/16"
gap at the top of the drawer when its closed. (between the seal and the chassis.) You can push the drawer and remove the gap, but left on its on, the gap remains.

There is no food and no ice on the seal. There is no food or foreign object behind or under the drawer. The seal is a normal shape and is not flat or deformed in any way/

This is a two drawer refrig unit, and the other drawer closes and seals perfectly.

Call me clueless.

Check to make sure latch on r/s wall is operating properly and not loose
