PROBLEM: LED’s flash during cycle.
CAUSE: The edge connector pins on the display switch ribbon cable can become loose and pull
out of the connector.
SOLUTION: A new display switch will be introduced in February, 1996 to correct this problem. The
new display switch will hold. the pins more securely in the ribbon cable. The part numbers will
remain the same. For products that have the LED flashing problem, order and replace the display
switch with stock from LaPorte.
