Touch Pad keys not working or sticking
CUSTOMER COMPLAINT:
CAUSE:
CORRECTION:
A flaw in the microcomputer board can create certain keypad
to stick , feel sluggish or not work if the supply voltage
to the microwave is above 132 VAC or below 102 VAC.
Replacement microcomputer boards in LaPorte have been
manufactured to compensate for extremely high or low
supply voltage.
Replace the microcomputer board , there is no need to
replace the Touch Panel.
