GE service bulletin Refrigeration Top-freezer plastic liner models air tower design change
REF02-04 january 2004 Originally 2 screws at the top attached the evaporator cover / air tower on plastic liner top-freezer model refers. There was no mounting at the bottom of the cover , and this caused the evaporator cover/air tower to slip out of place during shipping. New models are mfg'd with a redesigned cover.
